Hostages rescued in Colombia

I could have not kept silent after this news. The Colombian armed forces carried out an outstanding operation in which, with no shots, rescued 15 hostages that Farc had for more than 5 years. Some of them had been kidnapped about 10 years ago. I am very happy for all of them but I still feel sad for all the hostages in the hands of the guerrilla. If real humanitarian reasons moved the French government to intervene in this matter I hope they and the other European governments continue to help in obtaining the release of the rest of the hostages. I hope the intervention of the French was not only to get Ingrid Betacourt released. She was one of the many hostages, but all of them and their families suffering is as intense and painful as hers; maybe more because some soldiers and policemen supported their families and their families, in addition to the pain of the long separation and uncertainty, have been passing through very tough economic times.
